Step 2

Your offer is emailed to the Inquiring Visitor
 

Your quote is sent to the guest immediately. 

Step 3

Reservation is made through your company.
 

If the guests is ready to book. Handle the reservation just like you would any other reservation.

Step 4

During the Guest's Stay
 

You are the guest's point of contact on all issues other than issues pertaining to the details of their reservation (extension of stay, financial questions, payment questions, etc.). Your direct line, after-hours number and your maintenance service line is provided on the "Provider Agreement".
